Each year Neco's quality control team develops new and challenging  methods to study engine endurance.  This keeps Neco at the cutting edge of engine technology advancement.  With the sport of professional racing growing in leaps and bounds, it seemed a natural direction for the team. It also sounded like an exciting approach to their work.

The QC team at Neco is made up of a variety of personnel,  including a corporate technical specialist, a senior mechanic from an actual Neco installation facility, an engine product specialist and various others.  In addition, a professional driver and race team crew chief round out the team while at the race tracks.        

Our QC team really got into their work.  Here they fulfill the duties of  pit crew.  By the end of the tests, they had it down pretty good!  But the real test comes when the stresses of professional racing takes it's toll on the mechanical systems of the cars.  Even though NASCAR engines are a far cry from the stock engines found in the average car, van and pickup truck, the wear and tear is basically similar.  By studying this, improvements can be made in both the original manufacturing and the re-manufacturing processes of stock engines.
